Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping carrier

All orders are shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service).

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). 

Shipping methods and delivery times

• USPS Ground Advantage: estimated 2–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: estimated 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates from USPS and are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Once a package is handed to USPS, delivery is in their hands. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
